Leading Teams has invested heavily in developing a unique and visionary training methodology - Performance Improvement Program (PIP). The PIP process is divided into 5 key areas that focus on the key element of performance improvement - human capital.

All participants in the PIP will have input, into the outcomes of their program. This ensures that the majority of knowledge remains with the participants, and does not leave with the facilitators. These ‘ambassadors’ will then continue to drive and direct the learnings of the program ensuring more effective long-term impact throughout your organisation.
